Learning Objective: Develop programming planning skills using flowcharts in Scratch

1. Copy the link above
2. Paste the link in to a Folder window
3. Go to the Scratch Folder 
4. Open the file and play the game.
5. Discuss with your partner what the game can do at this current time?











Task 1
1. Create a new folder in your area called 'Diamond Hunt Programming Project'
2. Click on this link and download the Task Sheet. Save it in to your new 'Diamond Hunt Programming Project' folder.
3. Click on this link and download the Evidence Document. Save this in to your 'Diamond Hunt Programming Project' folder.
4. Fill in your name to the header and front page of the document.

Task 2
1. Using the Task Sheet and in pairs, list all the things that the Diamond Hunt Game should do. You have 2 minutes.
2. Write this up in to your evidence document.

1. What is a flowchart and why do we use them?

1. Open Microsoft Visio
2. Using what you have learnt today, create a flowchart for your plan of the Diamond Hunt Game.
3. Save your flowchart and place it in to your evidence document.
